SNK has announced that Andy Bogard, the South Town shinobi and master of Shiranui-style taijutsu, will be the first playable DLC character in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. He joins the roster on June 24 as part of Season Pass 1 and will be available free for all owners of the game.
Voiced by Kieran Regan (English) and Hiroshi Okamoto (Japanese), Andy brings his signature blend of speed and striking to the already dynamic City of the Wolves roster. This marks his return to the Fatal Fury spotlight in a meaningful way, as the series reclaims its legacy in modern fighting games.
Master vs. Apprentice
Andy is more than just Terry Bogard’s brother—he’s a warrior with his own path. After years of training the next generation (including GAROU’s Hokutomaru), Andy returns to the ring with renewed focus. SNK teases that he’s not just seeking to test his apprentice, but to settle an old score with a familiar rival—most likely a nod to long-running tensions within the Fatal Fury universe.
A Classic Revived
Launched on April 24, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is the first new entry in the iconic franchise since 1999’s GAROU: Mark of the Wolves. Powered by the new “REV System,” the game updates its signature fighting style with modern mechanics, flashy visuals, and a cel-shaded comic aesthetic. It’s already earned praise for both its accessibility and competitive depth.
Andy Bogard’s addition is the first of several post-launch characters planned for City of the Wolves.
